Flow cytometry(FCM)is a kind of high-tech instrument for quantitative analysis and sorting of cells.In this thesis,the flow cytometry embedded system based on SoCKit C5 S development board is designed.The SoCKit C5S's main control core is the new generation chip that it is “FPGA+ARM” system on chip Altera Clyclone V SoC FPGA.The main contents are as follows:1?Subject source and research contentsOn the basis of the structure of flow cytometry which has been designed by our research group,the hardware and software platform is constructed to further improve the equipment.The research contents include the selection of the device,hardware circuit design,hardware and software collaborative design based on the hardware circuit and experimental environment construction and function test.2?Scheme design and implementation(1)Design scheme is put forward.The hardware circuit is realized by the combination of the core board and the function module.The core board is ARROW SoCKit C5 S development board,and the module is divided into three blocks according to the function,as follows: scattered light colleting module,liquid path control module and AD conversion module.(2)Hardware circuit design and implementation.Construction of circuit structure,according to the characteristics of speed of the acquisition signal and the control signal,the signal is divided into the high speed signal and the low speed signal?The function module and the ARROW SoCKit C5 S communication are realized by the high speed HSMC interface and the middle and low speed LTC interface.Design each module circuit and the principle chart,shows the PCB layout and circuit board.(3)SoC FPGA hardware and software collaborative design.Based on the circuit design,according to the development process of SoC FPGA,using Altera Quartus ? integrated development environment and Altera SoC EDS embedded development kit to complete the hardware and software collaborative design of embedded system of flow cytometry.Mainly completed the HPS configuration,Qsys system generation,hardware and software interactive file generation and embedded operating system transplant.(4)Experimental environment construction and function test.The basic experimental environment is built by constructing the flow cytometry and the embedded system hardware and software platform.The experimental method is designed and the experimental tools are selected according to the text content,including: the test of PWM of peristaltic pump driver motor,hydraulic real-time monitoring and alarm test,focused-flow experiment and optical path signal real-time acquisition and preservation.
