Research On Multi-Agent Modeling And Emergence Of Campus Safety Awareness Situation

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,the modernization of human,economic and social environment has been promoted step by step.At the same time,the safe operation and management of colleges and universities is not only related to the national economy and people's livelihood,but also has important significance.The safety work in Colleges and universities is not only related to the happiness and tranquility of families,but also to the future development of the country and social stability.Because universities have the characteristics of dense students and numerous managers,many campus safety accidents occur every year in our country.These accidents have a very negative impact on the social stability and development of our country and disturb the stable social order of our country.In order to enhance the safety awareness of college students and promote their safety behavior,a safety education lecture and a questionnaire were given to students,front-line teachers and administrators of a university.The data collected were analyzed and verified by using SPSS 19.0,a data analysis software package.Structural equation model(SEM)was used to establish a model and confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the data.The relationship between variables is used to explore the influencing factors of College Students' safety awareness,and to reveal the influence of each factor and the status of students' safety awareness.This paper studies the emergence and change trend of College Students' safety awareness by using multi-agent modeling and simulation,complex adaptive system(CAS)and artificial society(Artificial Societies)theory.Firstly,the factors that affect the emergence of College Students' safety awareness are analyzed,and the emergence model of College Students' safety awareness is constructed.Then,the program is written on the platform of MATLAB to dynamically simulate the impact of managers,students,organizations,environment and other factors on the emergence degree and trend of College Students' safety awareness.By adjusting the education level of College students,the number of safety exercises carried out in Colleges and universities,the concept of students' safety and the attention of family members to students,this paper analyses the emergence of students' safety awareness,managers' safety leadership ability,organizational safety atmosphere level and social environmental impact level in campus,and makes use of emergence of complex systems and artificial society theory.Combining with multi-agent modeling and simulation method,the emergence model of College Students' safety awareness is constructed.The research shows that the safe operation of colleges and universities is closely related to the safety behavior of teachers and students,awareness and managers' management attitude towards safety.Safety consciousness is a form existing in everyone's brain,which is the response of the human brain to the safe state of the environment.Human safety behavior,material safety state and a good safety environment,the above three elements have a control and instructional role on human safety consciousness and behavior.The so-called "change of mentality leads to change of consciousness,change of consciousness leads to change of behavior,change of behavior leads to change of personality and change of fate",so only when we realize the importance of safety in our life,can we enhance safety consciousness and produce safety behavior in our life.
