H1N1influenza is an acute respiratory infection caused by A H1N1influenzavirus, since the outbreak since2009, many scholars use different ways to study H1N1influenza for controlling the epidemic and providing effective treatment methods.Based on pathological characteristics of influenza, to as complex adaptive systemsand complex network theory, through the mechanism of time and space on the spreadof influenza research, this paper t try to explore spatio-temporal simulation of H1N1influenza transmission, and use of small-world network to represent complexrelationships in the real world, from the agent to build a micro-perspective to agentbased model of macroscopic phenomena.Research work on this paper are as follows:Firstly, H1N1influenza epidemiological principles has been expounded.Basedon the theory and technologies of complex adaptive systems and complexnetwork, this paper researches the feasibility application of small world network inthe spread of H1N1influenza, and use multi-Agent technology to built a model forsimulating H1N1influenza.Secondly, based on the study of the mechanism of H1N1influenza spread, transmission characteristics and transmission, combined with the characteristics ofsmall-world network, the model of the Agent property, H1N1spread of the rules, move the rules, state transition rules and social network structure was set to form aspread of H1N1influenza mechanism of temporal information, in order to establishthe model of the back provides a theoretical basis.Thirdly, through the mechanism of spatio-temporal information on spread ofH1N1influenza, combined with agent modeling theory, the spread of H1N1influenzamodel was created in the basis of ABM and small-world networks. Finally, under the Eclipse build environment, using Java language in Repast J toconstruct the simulation platform of model, and completing the integration ofsimulation model and ArcGIS software.
