Research On Production Planning And Scheduling Method Based On Time Characteristics Of Mold And System Design

How to flexibly reduce the cost of production scheduling have become the key to success for manufacturing companies in the face of the ever-changing market.However,the production of the workshop involves many related factors and is difficult to control.Therefore,how to carry out scientific production planning and scheduling has become a difficult point for the transformation of enterprise intelligence and information.Taked a manufacturing enterprise as the research object,analyzed the influence of the time characteristics of the mold on the production planning and scheduling scheme,builded a production planning model based on the remaining life of the mold and scheduling model based on changing mold time in this dissertation.The production plan refers to the production schedule within a certain period of time set by the enterprise,and builds the production planning model based on factors such as the remaining life of the mold,customer importance,delivery date,and order quantity.A certain degree of planned rearrangement is set up to cope with the complex workshop environment.Planned scheduling refers to the production resource arrangement at the workshop level,and a dual-objective scheduling model with minimum storage cost and processing time is constructed based on factors such as time-changing time.By disassembling the scheduling scheme and turning to the scheduling strategy selection problem of each scheduling decision point,the deep learning algorithm is used to construct the scheduling strategy network model.Finally,the scheduling strategy model is used to solve the planning and scheduling scheme.Based on the research on production planning and scheduling,the design of production planning and scheduling intelligent system is carried out.Solve the current situation that production planning and scheduling of manufacturing enterprises are not intelligent and digital.
