| The rake-type pick of coal mining machine is used as the main mechanism for cutting coal wall and breaking coal rock.Its good performance directly affects the cutting efficiency,the operating rate of the coal mining machine and further affects the production cost and economic efficiency of the coal mine.Because of the complex geological conditions under the coal mine in the actual work,the environment is harsh.Forms of wear such as picks,breaks,chipping,etc.often occur.Therefore,the pick of the shearer has become the most frequently replaced spare part for coal mining enterprises.Based on the actual working conditions of shearer picks,this paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the material properties of picks and coal,the fatigue life of picks,and the pick forces under different conditions.These include:(1)Based on the coal rock cutting theory and finite element theory,theoretical analysis is made on the stress and working mode of shearer type pick of coal mining machine.Taking shearer type U94 as an example,Hyperworks finite element software was used to establish a finite element model of pick type picks.The finite element simulation and analysis of the actual shearer rake cutters are carried out under three different lateral stresses and three different installation angles.(2)Based on the Radioss fatigue theory,the fatigue failure and fatigue life of the Shearer rake shears under different working conditions and cutting parameters are simulated and analyzed to predict the remaining life of the rake shearers.(3)According to the predicted remaining life of the pick,the residual early warning model was proposed.On the one hand,it provides the exact purpose for overhauling and replacement of shearers,which saves manpower and time costs to some extent,and improves the level and efficiency of maintenance.On the other hand,based on the prediction of the life of picks,especially for new mines or work surfaces with no historical data,the economic order quantity,times,and time points were determined from the perspective of forecasts.The application of the coal company-China Resources Daning Energy Co.,Ltd.—has been optimized and the inspection and repair process has been optimized,saving the company’s production costs. |
