In this paper,firstly,a maintenance reliability model without delay and with delay is established for a single-component repairable system,and the effects of average failure time,average maintenance time and average vacation time on system reliability are studied.Then,the single-component system is extended to a multi-component series system.Under the assumption that the failure time of each component obeys the exponential distribution,the maintenance time of each component,the vacation time of taking science and technology,the busy working time,etc.obey the general distribution,the corresponding partial differential equation reliability model is established by using the supplementary variable method.The model is solved by Laplace transform,and the reliability indexes such as instantaneous availability,steady availability and failure frequency are obtained.The influence of maintenance without delay and with delay on system reliability is studied and compared.Some conclusions are generalized.The full text is divided into three chapters:The first chapter mainly explains some important concepts,discusses the research background,explains what problems are to be solved,what aimsare to be achieved,what significance is there,and what innovations are there.The second chapter starts with a single-component system,which is divided into two situations: no delay and delay.Under the assumption that the failure time obeys exponential distribution and the repair time obeys general distribution,the reliability model of a single-component system without delay is established.Under the assumption that the failure time obeys the general distribution,such as exponential distribution,repair time,vacation time and busy working time,the reliability model of differential equation for single-component system with delay is established.Reliability indexes such as instantaneous availability and steady availability are calculated and the conclusion is verified.The third chapter is an extension of the work done in the second chapter.The basic method is similar to that in the second chapter.For the series system composed of multiple components,the effects of non-delay maintenance and delay maintenance on the system reliability are studied,and the results are compared,analyzed and verified.
