Due to the rapid development of science and technology,the complexity and uncertainty of the decision-making environment of politics,economy and military,as well as the limitations of the cognitive ability of decision-makers,there are a large number of decision-making problems that the coexistence of grey and fuzzy,and more and more group decision-making situations are shared by multiple decision makers.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to combine grey system theory with fuzzy mathematics knowledge to study grey group decision-making problems with mixed information.The main results are as follows:(1)With respect to the multi-attribute group decision-making problem with mixed information of the three-parameter interval grey number and fuzzy language,considering the information loss situation when the mixed information is transformed,the mixed target model is established.On this basis,according to the ideas of grey incidence analysis to determine the weights of decision-makers.The optimization model is established,and the optimal scheme is obtained by comparing the values of group off-target deviation degree of the alternative schemes.Then,a grey multi-attribute group decision-making model based on off-target deviation degree is established.(2)With respect to the multi-attribute group decision-making problem with mixed information of the interval grey number,the extended grey number and the fuzzy language,considering the characteristics of the mixed data itself,the distance measure formula of the extended grey number and the interval grey number is given.A new reference point for group decision-making is constructed by variance analysis principle,and determining the weights of decision-makers is proposed based on the maximum deviation.The optimization model is established,and the optimal scheme is obtained by comparing the values of group prospect of the alternative schemes.Then,a grey multi-attribute group decision-making model based on prospect theory is established.(3)With respect to the multi-objective situation group decision-making problem with both grey and fuzzy evaluation information,considering its mixed characteristics,the grey uncertain linguistic variables are introduced,its definition and operation rules are given.Meanwhile,only the decision-maker himself knows the degree of the given decision-making information,the linguistic information degree of greyness is introduced.Then,the experts comprehensive weight is determined by considering the consistency of the decision-makinggroup,the linguistic information degree of greyness and the subjective weight of the expects,and the target weight is determined by the situation deviation.The optimal grey situation is obtained by comparing the values of the comprehensive effect sample.Then,a grey situation group decision-making model based on the linguistic information degree of greyness and the situation deviation is established.The above models are applied to the examples of regional drought risk management,Then,the results show that the model is effective and reasonable,which provides a reference for regional agricultural drought risk management.
