| Under the current background,the decision-making environment becomes more and more complicated,as a result,the decision-making information usually has the characteristics of "part of the information is known,and the other part is unknown",besides,there are a variety of data types in it.This paper discusses several grey multi-attribute decision-making methods under mixed information and their applications.The main results are as follows:(1)For the grey target decision-making problems in which the attribute information contains three-parameter interval grey number and fuzzy language,the new standardization formula is defined with the law of diminishing marginal utility.And with using the theory of mixed grey target based on the clutch thought,the distance matrices of positive and negative off-targets are given.Considering the following factors,such as the decision maker’s regret aversion,the degree of risk preference and the relationship between the two psychological behaviors,a new regret-surprise value function is defined based on the regret theory.The evaluation objects are ranked via the comprehensive perceived utility value,then,a method based on regret theory is proposed.(2)For the grey dynamic multi-attribute decision-making problems under mixed information,the dynamic three-parameter interval grey number weighted average operator is defined.The grade evaluation standard is constructed in the static matrix,and with the principle of information utilization,the idea of covering grey information into evaluation grade is proposed.Besides,the grey correlation formula is defined between the grey information and the grade evaluation standard.Attribute weights are calculated via the connection number and an optimization model,the scheme ranking can be determined according to the comprehensive connection value.Then,a grey dynamic multi-attribute decision-making method based on set pair analysis theory is proposed.(3)For the grey risk type decision-making problems in which the attribute values are three-parameter interval grey number and interval number,and the interaction attributes’ weights vector is unknown,a risk-free decision-making matrix is constructed.In order toreduce the loss of the information,which caused by the fusion of mixed data,a new distance formula of three-parameter interval grey number is given.Considering that the attributes are usually not independent,the DEMATEL algorithm is improved to calculate the attribute weight.On the basis,with the use of the two-base-point method,the optimizing solution is determined via nearness.Then,a grey risk type multi-attribute decision-making method based on two-base-point under mixed information is proposed.(4)The above methods are applied to the case of region agricultural drought risk management.Finally,the results illustrate the rationality and effectiveness of these methods. |
