With the development of information and communication technology,the fully connected intelligent world is coming.Consumer electronics products,as a typical representative of the intelligent age,have maintained the momentum of rapid development in recent years,and the market potential of consumer electronics products is huge.Compared with the supply chain of traditional manufacturing or assembly system,the assembly supply chain of consumer electronics products has obvious characteristics,but there is a lack of relevant research.This paper combines the characteristics of consumer electronics products and their assembly supply chain to carry out the following research.Firstly,this paper analyses the production characteristics of consumer electronics products and the importance of completeness of components,summarizes the material characteristics and supply chain operation characteristics of consumer electronics products,and analyses the replenishment requirements and collaborative needs of the assembly supply chain.Considering the outstanding characteristics of the supply chain of consumer electronic products,such as the obvious uncertainty of supply and demand,the high requirement of completeness of components,fast updating,low cost of assembling,and the risk of market elimination.A quantitative model of collaborative replenishment decision-making in the assembly supply chain of consumer electronic products is established with the focus on cost optimization.Considering the risk loss of market elimination of components,the model takes the replenishment order quantity or the maximum inventory quantity as the decision variables,and the loss cost function of the manufacturer and suppliers of components is established.The collaborative replenishment model under decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making,single-period and multiple-period situations is considered respectively,and the minimum,maximum and optimal quantity collaboration modes are proposed.Three kinds of collaborative replenishment modes are discussed,and the collaborative value of each case is compared and analyzed.Through mathematical deduction and logical analysis,it is concluded that in the case of single-period and multiple-period,and in a certain range of conditions,the optimal solution of decision variables exists in the three collaborative replenishment modes and decentralized decision-making modes.The collaborative value in each case is qualitatively analyzed,and the application of different collaborative modes and the relationship between them are given.Finally,taking the cooperative replenishment of X company's new smartphone as an example,the whole process of the cooperative replenishment of components is simulated and analyzed by Monte Carlo simulation.Under the reasonable assumption of random distribution of market demand and supply output rate,the loss cost of the core manufacturer under uncertainty is analyzed.Then,under the conditions of single-period and multiple-period respectively,the replenishment modes are simulated and analyzed.And the loss cost and value differences between decentralized decision-making and three collaborative modes are compared.The validity of the model and method is verified.Several suggestions for collaborative replenishment management are summarized for the management practice of similar enterprises.There are 12 figures,11 tables and 67 references in this paper.
