With the continuous development of the national economy,underground construction is in full swing,and the scale and number of underground projects surge year by year.Under the influence of natural conditions and human activities,underground diseases induce frequent disasters such as ground subsidence and subsidence,causing huge economic losses and seriously threatening people's life and property safety.The recognition and control of underground hidden diseases has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this study,theoretical analysis,model test and field application were used to study the relationship between strength parameters and drilling parameters of typical rock and soil mass.Based on the classical mechanics theory,the quantitative relationship between the drilling response and the strength parameters of rock and soil mass was established,which proved the feasibility of the inversion of the strength parameters of rock and soil mass based on the drilling parameters.The drilling model test equipment was developed.Drilling model test and basic physical mechanics test of typical rock and soil mass under different conditions were carried out.Based on the test results,the theoretical model is verified and simplified,and the mathematical model suitable for field test is given.Combined with radar reconnaissance technology and digital panoramic imaging technology,the quantitative identification technology of underground hidden diseases based on drilling parameters was proposed.Through the field application,the accuracy of test results and the feasibility of new technology is verified.It mainly includes the following aspects.(1)The drilling models of thin-wall diamond bit and cusp bit are established based on the Boussinesq elastoplastic analysis method,D-P criterion,M-C criterion and classical mechanical analysis method,and the theoretical relationship between drilling parameters and strength parameters of rock and soil mass is given.The key factors affecting drilling are also clarified.(2)Digital drilling device and a 3d flexible boundary loading device are developed.Considering the effects of in-situ stress,moisture content and compaction degree,drilling model tests and mechanical properties tests of six types of typical rock and soil masses were carried out.Based on the test results,the effects of water content and compaction degree on drilling parameters and strength parameters were studied,and a mathematical model used to describe the relationship between drilling parameters and strength parameters was established.In addition,the reliability of the mathematical model was evaluated by using Adj.R,VAF,RMSE and MAPE.(3)The quantified identification technology of underground hidden diseases based on drilling parameters is proposed and its application method is introduced.Through field application,the validity,feasibility and accuracy of the technology are verified.
