Energy and mineral are strategic resource which can influence the people's livelihood, with China economic development, the annual consumption of main mineral has far greater than output capacity, supply and demand gap increasing. Geological exploration in old mines periphery and earth depth is appropriate way to solution current energy and mining problems.As resources exploration and exploitation large-scale turn to deep, except optimization design for steering technology, It aslo need to develop effective and convenient rig, and instrument which supported rig to continuous monitoring drilling process, guarantee the complete of deep hole drilling high quality, safety and low consumption.Fully hydraulic drill is a great technology progress to the traditional rig, with many significant advantage, for example drilling process stability, drilling high efficiency, good core effect, convenient moving and so on, will become the main rig of future deep drilling. But all fully hydraulic drill are not equipped with drilling parameters monitor system at present. In order to realize scientific drilling, digital drilling, and ensure the drilling work safety, drilling parameters monitor system which match to fully hydraulic drill must be researched.The aim of this paper is develop a drilling parameters monitor system which is a corollary equipment of 2000m fully hydraulic drill. The research is supported by the national 863 project" the key technology and equipment of 2000m geologic core drilling", parameter detection, software development and wireless transmission are researched in this paper, while the parameters testing program focused on establish feasible detection scheme, sensor selection and installation scheme, wireless transmission main study on the principle and implementation interface between with software.The research overview and results of this paper are introduced as follows:(1) Based on the survey of research status, allomeric function and structural is designed, with the Solution of existing shortcomings, the future direction of drilling parameters monitor system Analysis and the characteristics of drill equipment.13 surface parameters is need to monitor.(2)Parameters detection is the basis of drilling parameters monitor system. In the frist, the parameters which will be test were divided into rig module and mud system module by the layout characteristics of drilling equipment. Then feasible detection scheme, sensor selection and installation scheme were established respectively. Calculation formulas were are also deduced induced, which lay the foundation for hardware data acquired and software calculated.(3)Software system is the core of drilling parameters monitor system and has been key researched in this thesis. Multi-way tree preservation has beenn used to management the data, and a lot of difficult problem has been solved, such as tables and graphical display, load and save of large amount of drilling data. The developed software system has friendly interface, simple and beautiful, convenient operation, strong function.Software system is needed to connect to data acquisition hardware, mining recognition module and wireless transmission module. The convergence and implementation of these methods were studied, and MSComm communication control, COM Components, USB interface and network communications are used to achieve the Connection, which make the drilling parameters monitor system can recognize and alarm the typical working conditions, realize data wireless transmission while detecting parameter.(4)In order to realize data sharing and remote management, the principle and specific method of wireless transmission was studied. Short-range wireless transmission channel with a free ISM implementation, the transmission range is 1 km; remote wireless transmission is implement by GPRS technology, data can be sent to the internet, the receiving location is no limited. The combined of Short-range wireless transmission with remote wireless transmission made the data transmission and sharing easy, which is facilitate the rear of management.(5)with the purpose of check the actual effect, stability and reliability of hydraulic drill, drilling parameters monitor system, drilling practice is needed. ZK43-1 hole drilling construction is started in Jin Qingding from August of 2009. During the test process, CUG-2 fully hydraulic drill drilling parameters monitor system doesn't appear big fault, operation smooth and reliable, it can real-time monitor all drilling parameters variations in drilling process, adjust drilling process timely and effectively, identify and forecast the abnormal condition in hole, manage the worksite in base conveniently with the help of data wireless transmission, provide a powerful guarantee for the safety quality drilling construction. The construction has finished in April of 2010 with deeper than 2200m, successfully completed the design requirement of 863 project and achieved great success. The problems and solution schemes are summarized, the application scenario and effectiveness of the practical application is analyzed in this paper.The drilling practice and contrastion with another drilling parameters monitor system show that:CUG-2 fully hydraulic drill drilling parameters monitor system is in the leading domestic level, which is the first drilling parameters monitor system for fully hydraulic drill and applied wireless transmission technology to rock-core borer. It has stable and reliable performance, its technology is advanced and effect is good, already can satisfy the need of wild deep drilling.The results of project have been warmly welcomed by construction workers, a priority introduction has been carried out in the National Training Course on Deep Drilling, and the drilling parameters monitor system has been invited to participate"national 11 th five-year plan important scientific and technological achievement"in Beijing, was widely praised.The drilling parameters monitor system can apply with 2000m fully hydraulic drill, and be a foundation for "digital drilling" in the further.
