The Research On The Protective Effect Of Chinese Herbal Medicine On Organ Injury Induced By Chemotherapeutic Drugs Based On Data Merging

Data merging is a common statistical analysis method.By combining data from multiple studies,a relatively reliable conclusion can be obtained.This method can be applied to medical,economics and other fields.Meta-analysis is a common method of data merging.By constructing statistics to make hypothesis testing of research data,selecting appropriate statistic data and statistical inference based on the test results,and then obtaining a more objective conclusion.The problem studied in this paper is based on the meta-analysis method in data merging to study whether Chinese herbal medicine has protective effect on chemotherapeutic drugs-induced organ damage.The theoretical part of this paper mainly includes four parts: the selection of statistics,the heterogeneity test,the selection of statistical models and the inference of combined statistics,and the method of publication bias test.The empirical study is divided into two parts: the first part is the meta-analysis of the protective effect of Chinese herbal medicine on adriamycin-induced kidney injury,and the second part is the meta-analysis of the protective effect of Chinese herbal medicine on cisplatin-induced liver injury.In the empirical study 1,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,serum albumin,urinary protein excretion / 24 hours and renal ?-smooth muscle actin levels were included,a total of 136 samples.Statistical analysis was carried out to obtain the conclusion that the above-mentioned indicators of the Chinese medicine group were superior to the control group;In the empirical study 2,there were a total of 140 samples including alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase,glutathione,glutathione peroxidase and liver index.The analysis showed that except for the liver index,the other indicators showed that the therapeutic effect of the Chinese medicine group was better than that of the control group.Based on two empirical studies,Chinese herbal medicine has a certain protective effect on body and organ damage caused by chemotherapy drugs.
