Over the past 30 years,CdSe nanocrystals have attracted many researchers at home and abroad for their size-related photoelectric properties and high fluorescence efficiency.In this paper,the synthesis process of colloidal CdSe quantum dots is summarized by means of mathematical modeling.On this basis,high-quality CdSe quantum dots are prepared and applied in the inkjet printing technology for preparation of cost-effective quantum dots display backplate.1.In the second chapter,we determined through experiments that in the process of synthesizing colloidal CdSe quantum dots,the addition amount of ligands?oleic acid,oleamine?,nucleation temperature and reaction time are the most important factors affecting the size of CdSe quantum dots.Based on this,we respectively studied the influence of oleic acid,oleic amine,nucleation temperature and reaction time on the size of CdSe quantum dots,and finally conducted mathematical modeling on the obtained experimental data to obtain the functional relationship between the size of CdSe quantum dots and oleic acid,oleic amine,nucleation temperature and reaction time.When it is necessary to synthesize CdSe quantum dots of specific size,we can quickly determine the specific experimental conditions for synthesis by virtue of the obtained mathematical model,which has important reference significance for the synthesis of colloidal CdSe quantum dots.2.In the third chapter,we used the specific route of synthesizing CdSe quantum dots obtained in the second chapter to synthesize high-quality CdSe quantum dots.By coating its surface with ZnxCd1-xS alloy and treating surface defects,high-quality CdSe-ZnxCd1-xS nanocrystals with green light and red light respectively were obtained.Then ZnS shells of certain thickness were grown on the surface,which greatly improved the photothermal stability of nanocrystals.High stability and high efficiency CdSe-ZnxCd1-x-ZnS nanocrystals will be obtained and dispersed in a mixed solvent with a certain viscosity,surface tension and boiling point,and then high-quality CdSe quantum dot ink will be obtained.The obtained ink can be directly used in the quantum dots ink-jet printing,which can be printed on the designed substrate to obtain the high-efficiency white light backplate of quantum dots,which can be applied in quantum dots liquid crystal display.
