Sonic drilling has the advantages of fast drilling speed,wide adaptability to the stratum,high fidelity of geotechnical samples and less environmental pollution.Therefore,in recent years,it has been rapidly developed and widely used in environmental drilling,mineral exploration,geotechnical investigation and construction.In this paper,a simulation scheme of sonic drilling vibrator is designed,and the AMESim simulation software is used to model and simulate the sonic drilling system.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The system and structural design of the valveless self-distribution hydraulic vibrator's simulation scheme are carried out,then the movement of the vibrator and the oil distribution process are analyzed in detail.The dynamic model of the vibrator piston,the liquid flow continuity equation of the chamber,the flow equation of the chamber and the oil port,and the accumulator equation are established.2.The technical parameters of the vibrator are formulated,the system load size and working pressure are determined,and the main structural dimensions such as the diameter of the piston and the piston rod are calculated according to the piston structure;The system working flow is calculated,and four kinds of variable oil port schemes are designed based on this;The parameters of main hydraulic components such as hydraulic pump,accumulator and relief valve are calculated.3.The method and process of establishing sonic drilling system simulation model by AMESim simulation software are deeply studied and analyzed,A simulation model of sonic drilling system including variable oil outlet model,hydraulic pump model and drill pipe model considering throttling problem is established.The system simulation model is used to simulate the influence of vibration size,hydraulic component parameters and drill pipe parameters on system performance such as vibration frequency,output force and amplitude,and the throttling of the two variable ports is analyzed.Through the above research,it provides a theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic direct excitation sonic drill vibrator,which can guide the design and engineering application of sonic drill,and lay a foundation for the design of hydraulic vibration impact equipment including sonic drilling vibrator.
