The vibrator is the key component of the audio geophysical drilling rig,and it is the--source of vibration force.It can generate single-freedom vibration force in the vertical direction as well as slight rotation force.It is a key component for driving the drill pipe to perform drilling activities.In this article,a coaxial audio geophysical drilling rig vibrator is designed,the vibrator has two sets of eccentric blocks which rotate around the same axis.When the vibrator is working,it can output the cyclical vertical vibration force to the geophysical drilling rig to drive the drill pipe to drill.The following is the main research content of this article:1)The structure and working principle of coaxial audio geophysical drilling rig vibrator is introduced,then calculate the required vibration force of breaking soil so that the size of the eccentric block can be designed.After the above work completed,the specific size of the vibrator can be designed.2)Perform modal analysis on the inner and outer shafts of the vibrator and calculate their critical rotation speeds.Perform harmonic analysis and transient analysis on the vibrator respectively to obtain the dangerous points of the vibrator during start-up and steady-state operation.Then analyze the law of the displacement response curve of these dangerous points.3)Perform structural optimization analysis of outer shaft of the vibrator.On the basis of ensuring mechanical properties and safety,a parameter combination that minimizes the external shaft mass of the vibrator is obtained.And perform the modal test on the outer shaft of the vibrator.
