Vector hydrophone has been widely used in various fields of underwater acoustic engineering because of its advantages such as low frequency high sensitivity and good cosine pointing.Especially in low frequency remote target detection,vector hydrophone and its array have great potential compared with traditional acoustic pressure array.Therefore,with the deepening of the vector hydrophone engineering application,in view of the complex underwater acoustic environment,the indices such as sensitivity,directivity of the vector hydrophone is important,but even more crucial is whether it can in the complex underwater acoustic field collected "effective" weak acoustic signal,it involves the dynamic range parameter vector hydrophone research,including vector hydrophone can pick one of the biggest in underwater acoustic field are not distortion signal and minimum equivalent since the size of the noise signal.In this paper,a series of research work is carried out around the measurement of dynamic range parameters of vector hydrophone,Co-Vibrating Vector Hydrophone was used to verify the experiment.On the basis of the research on the sound field calibration method of VSWT for the sensitivity of vector hydrophone,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the measurement of the dynamic range parameters of vector hydrophone in VSWT,and provides a theoretical reference for the research on the measurement method of the dynamic range parameters of vector hydrophone in VSWT.At the same time,the evaluation index of signal distortion degree when overload is involved in the measurement of dynamic range parameters of vector hydrophone--the measurement principle of full harmonic distortion degree,and the signal processing method of eliminating and reducing environmental interference in the measurement of equivalent self-noise are studied.Papers on existing vector hydrophone standing wave tube sound field calibration device based on sensitivity,suitable for vector hydrophone is established the new device for measuring the parameters of dynamic range,and with the help of two co-vibrating vector hydrophone samples with different performance,the measurement frequency band of the apparatus,the measurement of dynamic range and uncertainty of measurement indicators are studied,the results showed that: the paper studies the vector hydrophone dynamic range of the parameter test device can be within 20-2000 hz frequency band,the equivalent noise acceleration value is lower than 1?g,overload acceleration value is greater than 1 g(that is,the dynamic range in 120 dB)of the vector hydrophone.
