Landslide hazards is a kind of geological disaster that is only second to earthquake and floods. In recent years, natural disaster happened frequently which not only bring serious damage to our county and the people’s life but also lead to grave social consequences. Serious disaster will often bring bad effects to local economic development. Now, the research on landslide has made some progress, but there is still lack of the research connected with rescue after disaster. So,based on the risk assessment of landslide, the thesis made a further research on choosing rescue path.Based on DEMATEL, the thesis made a further research on the 12 factors of landslide and chose five factors that have greater influence. They are soil and vegetation, fluvial process, groundwater movement, topographic slop and lithology of rock. After determining factors, the author decides to choose Yuci, Jin Zhong in Shanxi province as research region. After collecting materials about DEM elevation data, Terrain layer map, the distribution map of groundwater and river system, the map of soil utilization and engineering rock map, Yuci can be districted in to 3,132,000 units. The author use Arc GIS10.0 to make further analysis in research region. In the end, the block plan of landslide in hazardous area has been made, the research region can be divided into stable zone, low danger zone, moderate danger zone and high danger zone.After getting the block plan and analyzing the factors of address and path of emergency rescue center, we can decide three emergency rescue centers and the location of 8 disastrous areas. Through Logware, the author decide the shortest path from every emergency rescue center to relative disastrous area. The best emergency rescue path has been made based on the 8 shortest path and the model combined data envelopment analysis with analytic hierarchy and three indexes including the cost, time and safety of transportation.In theory, the paper conclude the factors of landslide disaster that draw the line with the actual meaning, and provide the theoretical basis of other research.Scholars during research conclusions can be directly related to this article. In reality, this paper predicts the risk of occurrence of landslides in the study area,and after landslide happened, managers could quickly organize local relief operations, delive the aid to the affected areas. It not could provide practical support for the disaster relief work in Yuci district, but also can provide decision support for disaster relief in orther areas.
