The island has excellent port conditions and routes and has important development and utilization value,but the island construction land is small,so the construction land can only be provided through the self-mountain blasting,and the stone is also supplied for the project.The operation of the engineering blasting system is complicated,and safety accidents are easy to occur in the operation process.The general location of the island is remote,and if a sudden accident occurs,the external rescue cannot be immediately reached,so the safety management of the island engineering blasting should be more severe.At present,the research of engineering blasting accident risk evaluation for island characteristics at home and abroad is still lacking.Therefore,this paper has some research significance.Taking island engineering blasting as the research object,according to the characteristics of island engineering blasting,the types of accident disasters are determined.On the basis of accident-causing theory,the index system of accident risk mechanism in the site of island engineering blasting operation is constructed.The five parts of man,machine,ring,pipe and technology are taken as the first-level index,and the second-level indexes contained in each first-level index are listed,totally 48 of which are established.Interpret the structural model and clarify the internal correlation and hierarchical structure of each index.Secondly,the weight of each index is obtained quantitatively by using G1 method.The results show that among the 48 main factors affecting the safety of engineering blasting operation,the key factors are safety awareness,reliability of equipment,relevant working experience and equipment protection,which are also the key points to be paid attention to in safety operation.Finally,the evaluation model is constructed by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and an example of Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base is taken to verify the applicability of the model.An objective evaluation of the accident risk in the blasting operation site of island project is made,and countermeasures are put forward,which improves the practical significance of the paper.However,in the process of evaluation and analysis,there are many subjective components,and the final analysis results are biased.It is hoped that further optimization and improvement can be made in the future.
