On the basis of collecting abundant investigation material, the paper, in which the marine engineering geological environment elements of the study area is analyzed and summarized, reveals the marine engineering geological environment characteristic of the study area : Complex meteorological and hydrologic conditions,single Landform type,relatively stable regional geological structure,Sediments with low water content and low bearing capacity,Stratum with short time deposition and poor Consolidation role, existing tidal channel, buried ancient river, shallow gas and other geological disasters factors.At the same time, combining the marine engineering geological environment characteristic of the study area, the paper ,which makes sure soil type, earthquake intensity, depth and bearing capacity of main bearing stratum, liquefaction of sand, shallow gas, buried ancient river, tidal channel etc.8 factors as evaluation indicators of the marine engineering geological environmental quality about the study area, uses the AHP and the normal distribution function to determine the value and the right to membership of the indicators. Then, the fuzzy mathematical model is built to evaluate the marine engineering geological environmental quality of the study area. According the results of the evaluation, the paper divides the study area into three regions: good region, not very good region, not very poor region. Good region is mainly in the tidal flat where the water depth is shallower than 0 m; Not very good region is mainly in the edge of the region where existing tidal channel and buried ancient river; Not very poor region is mainly in the area where existing tidal channel; There is no adverse region in the study area.
