With the rapid development of the world,the exhaustion of resources and the declining energy resources have always been an important issue that plagues all countries.Once the consequences of energy scarcity are very severe,people will not be able to satisfy basic food and clothing and infrastructure.It will be severely constrained and the development of the country cannot be carried out quickly.With the gradual depletion of non-renewable resources,scientists all over the world find solutions to their problems in their own fields as much as possible.How can we transform the achievements in modern science and technology into the development and use of new energy sources? This is a great challenge for the modern power electronics industry and related industries,and it is also an opportunity.In this design paper,we will conduct more in-depth research and exploration on the development and utilization of new energy.Today's new energy sources in the world can be roughly divided into the following categories: tidal energy,wind energy,solar energy,and nuclear energy.In this design,more in-depth research and design will be carried out on the design of the TPF system.By analyzing the working principle of the tidal current power generation system,the power flow can be applied to all places where tidal power plants can be established.This paper focuses on solving a large amount of research on solving the problem of output stability of three-phase alternating current in tidal current power generation systems.It is intended to design a set of AC/DC frequency conversion power conversion devices so as to achieve constant-frequency constant-voltage control of output three-phase alternating current,first of all,to generate power for tidal currents.The overall design of the system includes in-depth design and analysis of several important parts such as uncontrolled rectification circuits,charging circuits for energy storage batteries,DC voltage conversion circuits,three-phase controllable inverter circuits,and output filter circuits.Second,the key to solve is how to quickly and effectively and without harming the battery,the battery is charged,and the storage battery protection circuit is designed.And control the three-phase inverter circuit to achieve three-phase inverter circuit output power constant frequency constant voltage control.DC boost and buck circuits are designed.In this design,the design of the maincontrol board of the system will also be introduced in more detail,and finally the joint debugging of the system software and hardware will be achieved.In the end,a summary of the design of the TPF power generation system was made,and the ideas and work arrangements for the follow-up work were proposed.
