Arable land is declining in the world.Land salinization has become one of the main obstacles to utilization of land resources.The modification of saline-alkali land has been paid much attention.To study a kind of low-cost and long-term management technology for the saline-alkali land of northwestern province.This article researched from the following two aspects.Therefore,the large area of saline soil phenomenon in the northwest will be solved.At last,we can achieve the efficient use of land.Firstly,we chose the desulfurization gypsum,furfural residue and cow dung as a modifier,with drainage discharge technology and so on.Weeping willows were chosen as the experimental materials.The different processing were put different amount of modifier.In the end,the pH,electrical conductivity and spectral parameters were measured.Results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the pH and electrical conductivity of saline-alkali land after the amendment decrease obviously,the modification effect was significant.(2)From the spectral parameters of plant,the application of the soil amendment could significantly improve plant growth status with respecting to the control.Treatment 1(desulfurization gypsum,furfural residue and cow dung's application amount of the ground part is 60 kg/plot,40 kg/plot and 80 kg/plot respectively;application amount of pit is 6.5 kg/pit,4.5 kg/pit and 9 kg/pit.)was the most effective.(3)By comparing the different processing's rhizosphere soil and far root soil,We found that the pH and conductivity of rhizosphere soil was lower to far root soil.This showed that weeping willows planted can strengthen the effect of the amendment.Considering the experimental results and the economic cost,the treatment 4 was the optimal treatment for this study.Secondly,The two years old weeping willow was used as the experimental material.Each cell and tree pit was subjected to the same dose of improved materials.And the 15 cm straw cushion was set in the bottom of the tree pit.In this study,the effects of different blind ditch spacing(3 m,6 m,9 m and 15 m)on soil physical and chemical properties,the growth,leaf spectral characteristics and leaf photosynthetic characteristics of weeping willow were studied.The results showed that:(1)The soil water content,pH and soil salinity of the four treatments were all lower than the control.The soil water content of T4 was not significantly different from the control(P>0.05).The other treatments were significantly different from the control(P<0.05).The soil salinity of T3 treatment decreased most.(2)All the growth indexes of weeping willow were improved than those of the control group.The effect of 3 m ditch spacing treatment was the best.The effect of 15 m ditch spacing treatment was the worst.The difference between 3 m and 6 m and 9 m treatments was not significant(P>0.05).(3)Four kinds of ditch spacing treatment significantly increased the leaf photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomata conductance(Gs)and chlorophyll content of weeping willows.The difference between 3 m and 6 m and 9 m treatments was not significant(P>0.05).The effect of 15 m ditch spacing treatment was less than the other three kinds of treatment.Therefore,the ditch spacing treatment can effectively discharge salt,To the plants,a suitable soil environment was created for growth.And the will promote plant photosynthesis and growth in the northwest region.When selecting the blind ditch spacing.Considering the economic cost and other factors,9 m ditch spacing treatment was the best solution.
