The planning and construction of urban fire station is an indispensable and important work for the city to resist fire and rescue and provide basic support for the safe operation and sustainable development of the city.Since the Nineteenth National Congress,the Party and the state have closely linked security and development,and from the height of governing the country and government,they have incorporated "adhering to the overall concept of national security" into the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The rationality of the location and layout of urban fire stations directly affects the overall level of urban fire safety.Relevant research has made rich achievements in theoretical construction,technical methods and model construction,which lays a solid foundation for further research and practical application of urban fire station layout.On the basis of the existing research,combined with spatial syntax and GIS network analysis,and taking Zongyang,Anhui Province as an example,this paper systematically studies the optimization of fire station layout from the aspects of site selection,layout and responsibility zoning,so as to provide a method for the planning and layout of fire stations in medium and small cities.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant theories and methods of fire station layout optimization at home and abroad,and summarizes the related practice and application of spatial syntax and GIS network analysis.Secondly,based on spatial syntax and GIS network analysis,a comprehensive optimization model of location-layout-responsibility zoning for urban fire stations is constructed.Using spatial syntactic line segment analysis model,taking global and local integration degree as quantitative indicators,the accessibility of urban roads is analyzed,and the best location section is selected.Combining with the principle of fire station location selection,the best location can be obtained.Combining with the analysis method of GIS network,the coverage of fire station is analyzed,the location of fire station and the specific delimitation of fire law responsibility area are determined,so as to optimize the number,location and responsibility area of fire station.Thirdly,taking Zongyang County of Anhui Province as an example,the comprehensive method system of fire station layout optimization based on spatial syntax and GIS network analysis is applied to practice.Through a series of analysis and comparison of multiple schemes such as accessibility and coverage,the final optimization scheme is provided for the site selection,layout and specific division of fire control responsibility area of Zongyang County Fire Station.The coverage rate is evaluated from three aspects: current situation,planning and optimization,and the optimization results are analyzed.Finally,it summarizes the main contents and findings of the study,points out the shortcomings in the study and puts forward some suggestions.
