The article is based on project named of "core imaging scanner demonstration and information extraction method is applied to study",and carried out alteration minerals information extraction research based on the core of the hyperspectral data.There are good spectral response within the range of visible and near-infrared because of the hydroxyl,carbonate root and base metal ions of altered minerals.We can take the method research about the way to obtain fine recognition and abundance of inversion belong to alteration mineral by analyzed core high resolution data of spectrum scanner.An information extraction algorithm for core hyperspectral data is designed and implemented by IDL language.Then,the reliability of this information extraction algorithm is verified by comparison with geological data and relevant geophysical and geochemical exploration data.The important results of this research are as follows:(1)in terms of data preprocessing,the core hyperspectral data preprocessing process is summarized,and a program for calculating reflectivity of core disk is written.(2)in terms of mineral identification,design of recognition method,through the comparison between results of XRD research show that the recognition accuracy is very high,is a kind of preciseness,high detection rate of core mineral identification method,and the method is implemented in the IDL language,joined the batch operation module,module and blocking is able to handle more than one image,the operation is simple and practical.(3)the abundance of inversion,design the abundance of extraction method,the overall effect is better,but as a result of using linear decomposition model is based on the least squares method,for the spectral mixture spectrum curve change of mineral recognition effect is poorer,such as alunite and dickite in mixed absorption of the summit are covered on the 1428 nm,2164 nm and absorption peak position will shift towards long wave,causing alum Shi Feng inversion effect is poorer.(4)the recognition methods of common altered minerals are summarized,and therecognition method model of the difference between similar minerals which have analogous spectral characteristics and minerals of isomorphism is established.This paper summarizes the spectral differences caused by common alteration mineral ion substitution,structural change,and the distinguishing methods.(5)integrated the above research results,sampling a priori knowledge of the yuan,and then to wood village of copper and molybdenum mine drilling core mineral mapping hyperspectral image,and through the alteration minerals in the borehole distribution and alteration mineral ion replacement,hydrothermal alteration in ore deposit formation environment and deposit alteration zonation.Then combined with the existing geological data and geophysical and geochemical data,the mapping effect is verified to be more accurate.
