How to achieve stem cell consistency and mass culture is the realistic requirement for bioengineering development.Using fully automated mechanical and electrical equipment in place of traditional artificial cultivation has become a development trend.Aiming at the development of stem cell culture device,this paper focuses on the structural design of the system and the modal characteristics of the structural system.Full automatic stem cell culture device will achieve a higher accuracy,running smoothness,and high work efficiency,and it will have the characteristics of compact structure,small area,diverse functions,safety,beauty,long service life and so on.The structural design follows the principle of low coupling and high cohesion,and at the same time the modular design principle is used to complete the overall device design.The work completed by the thesis is summarized as follows:According to the stem cell culture process,the module constructs a stem cell culture device consisting of an operating space,a transition region and a culture area.Combined with previous design experience,the three modules of the stem cell culture device were separately designed by Solidworks 3D software,and finally the assembly of the fully automated stem cell culture device was completed.The modal analysis of the three manipulators and the whole assembly in the stem cell culture device is carried out in Ansys software,simplifying models,meshing,adding constraints and solving of corresponding structures are completed in turn,the first 20 order array diagram and natural frequencies corresponding to each structure are extracted,the main vibration modes of each order are analyzed to provide system parameters for the design of the driving and control system of the training device,thus,it ensures that the resonance frequency is avoided,resonance is prevented,vibration and noise are reduced,which make the operation of stem cell culture device stable and accurate.After obtaining the modal analysis result of the three manipulators and the whole assembly of the training device,it can be concluded that the first 20 natural frequencies of the three manipulators are much larger than those of the assemblies.The vibration amplitude of the manipulators is within acceptable range and the deformation position of the manipulators is basically consistent with the predicted results.The natural frequency of the whole assembly is basically in the range of 11-45HZ,the working frequency of the driving motor of the device needs to be far away from the frequency range and the natural frequencies of the manipulator.The external continuous excitation should also be far away from the frequency range.The modal analysis provides structural parameters for the development of stem cell culture device,improves the raliability and safety of the device,and provide a theoretical reference for the structural design.The design and research of stem cell culture device lays a foundation for further development of the culture device,has certain scientific significance and engineering application value.
