Impervious Surface(IS)is an important part of research on urbanization,regional environmental change and air pollution.Since China's reform and opening up in 1978,the rapid development of the economy and the rapidly increasing population have led to a gradual acceleration of urbanization.The rapid urbanization process leads to the rapid growth of impervious surface,which makes the rapid conversion of the surface from natural cover to artificial construction land,has a direct impact on the biogeochemical cycle,climate change and biodiversity of the region,and is increasingly received by relevant researchers.Pay attention to it.Due to the complexity of the impervious surface components,accurate mapping of large scale impervious surfaces is still challenging.In this study,the linear spectral hybrid decomposition method was used to extract the impervious surface information,and the surface temperature and soil component were introduced to eliminate the noise of soil,shadow and water in the high and low albedo components,and the corrected high and low albedo components were combined.Estimate impervious surface information.Through the precision analysis,the results show that combined with the surface temperature and linear spectral mixture decomposition model,accurate estimation of impervious surface can be achieved.The impervious surface information after the accuracy test is used as a reference data to correct the fusion variables(HSI)obtained by combining nighttime lighting data(DMSP-OLS,VIIRS DNB)and MODIS NDVI data,and inverted Beijing,Tianjin,2005,2010 and 2015.The 250-meter impervious surface information of the third phase of the area was analyzed,and the spatial and temporal differences in the growth of impervious surface were analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Using linear mixed pixel decomposition,combined with surface temperature and soil component to eliminate other noises in high and low albedo,the estimation results show that the accuracy is higher.Proven to be effective in improving the spatial distribution of impervious surface.Therefore,this method can be used to accurately estimate the remote sensing of urban impervious surfaces.(2)This paper uses DMSP-OLS and VIIRS DNB two kinds of nighttime light data,the latter has a big difference between the spatial resolution(500m)and the data dynamic range(14bit).The previous research is mostly based on DMSP-OLS.A kind of nighttime lighting data is used to study the spatial distribution of the regional impervious surface.In this paper,the two kinds of lighting data are combined with MODIS NDVI data to invert the regional impervious surface.The accuracy is verified and the estimation result is more accurate.(3)After entering the 21 st century,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region experienced rapid urbanization,and the surface area of impervious land grew rapidly.In 2005-2015,it increased by 7225.23 km2 with an average annual rate of 722.5 km2.Impervious surface not only shows spatial expansion,but also the impervious density inside the city.Due to the uneven urban development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the surface area of impervious land in Beijing and Tianjin increased rapidly in 2005-2010.From 2010 to 2015,due to the pressure of Beijing's population resources and environment,the cities of Hebei Province actively adjusted their economic development strategies and undertaken industrial transfer.The surface area growth rate of impervious land was faster than that of Beijing and Tianjin.(4)From 2005 to 2015,the surface area of impervious land in each natural area showed obvious regional differences.From the perspective of the impervious surface growth area,the ShanLu Plain and the Central Plain have the largest growth area,and the northern mountainous area and the western mountainous area have the least growth.Seen from the ratio of the area of impervious surface to the area of each area,the coastal plain and the foothill plain account for the highest proportion,and the western mountainous area and the northern mountainous area have the lowest proportion.And in 2010-2015,the impervious surface growth of natural areas is faster than the previous stage.
