In the identification test of biological tissues such as plasma and blood cells,Raman spectroscopy technology has been applied maturely.That is a major trend for combining Raman spectroscopy with mathematical analysis.Therefore,identifying ABO blood types with important medical value is special significance by using it.For ABO blood type identification,an approach was proposed that Raman spectral data of ABO Blood Type do Walsh transformation and do Partial Least Squares analysis.Firstly,Raman spectrum data was obtained by Raman spectral detection of 23 type A blood samples,21 type B blood samples,and 25 type O blood samples.Secondly,there was analysis of the Raman spectral data by the above application method.Then,the classification model was built.Finally,it was the leave-one-out cross-validation that was used for validating the classification model,and the corresponding classification performance parameters were gained.Compared with Walsh transformation,Hilbert transform,Fourier transform and discrete cosine transform were coupled with partial least squares for analyzing the Raman spectrum data,then the classification model was constructed.The following is that the leave-one-out method was used to verify classification model and corresponding classification performance parameters were obtained.The sensitivity,the specificity,the classification accuracy,and the Kappa related parameters show that it is the parameters obtained with Walsh transform that are better.This means Walsh transform method has a better classification effect than other transform methods.In addition,the construction process of the original Raman spectroscopy classification model was analyzed.The segments of some Raman spectrum data which had an important influence on the classification was obtained,and the most representative peaks of the Raman spectrum in the segments were found.Their wave numbers are 825cm-1,936cm-1,1048cm-1,1226cm-1 and 1320cm-1.Material-specific chemical composition and chemical structure information correspond to Raman spectral peak positions.It is concluded that tyrosine,C-C stretching vibration,heme,and C-H torsional vibration have a great influence on the classification of ABO blood type.
