Raman spectroscopy has become a powerful tool in qualitative analysis due to its corresponding features to the structure of molecular. It has been successfully applied in many fields such as process monitoring, quality inspection and archaeological study. Component identification of a mixture is a complicated qualitative analysis subject. According to the tentative study of two target application fields, a qualitative identification method based on Raman spectra preprocessing and feature extraction is proposed. This Raman spectrum identification method is efficient, pollution-free and universal, which can solve the limitation of all existing methods and fill a gap in inspection field. Based on this kernel method, a component analysis software is implemented to meet the needs of daily analytic work. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1. Summarize the principle, features and key technical points of Raman spectroscopy analysis technology; systematically elaborate the current development and application of Raman spectroscopy qualitative analysis in the fields of fabric inspection and drug detection; Comparing with all existing methods, find the excellent opportunity for Raman solution.2. Measure the original spectra of the blended samples, including fibers and drugs; propose a universal spectral preprocessing algorithm to remove the baseline caused by both fluorescence and container; as a result, various original spectra of one sample measured by different environment or condition could be unified, which can get higher noise-signal ratio and better repeatability.3. Propose an innovative qualitative identification algorithm, which can be used to identify the components of blended fabrics or mixture; it is a fast data processing algorithm including spectrum preprocessing, feature extraction and matching recognition; experimental results indicate the algorithm is effective and stable.4. Implement a software with friendly user interface called "RM-A1" to meet the needs of practical requirement; the inspection system building with this software has been used in practical application.
