Whether the gate is safe or not is an important factor affecting the safety and performance of water conservancy establishment.Now with the continuous construction of the dam,the operating conditions of the gates are more and more complicated,and the unstable flow field around the gates also brings more disturbances and even threatens the safe operation of the gates.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the stability and safety of gate structure under the dynamic load of water.Based on ANSYS Workbench platform,the research analyzes the flow-induced vibration of an accident gate in a water control project and studies the hydraulic characteristics in the process of closing the gate,hoping to provide reference for the design,operation and maintenance of water conservancy establishment such as gate and sluice chamber through these studies.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The previous review contains the research status of the vibration of the gate,the fluid structure interaction and computational fluid dynamics.The literature review elaborates three aspects,two of them are basic theories about computational fluid dynamics and the fluid structure interaction,and the third one is numerical calculation method.They provide theoretical basis for the whole research.(2)A part of research studies the simplified calculation of the traditional plane force system and the streamline statics of the finite element,and the results are similar.At the same time,the modal of the gate with water and without water condition are studied respectively.The results show that when the water is in front of the gate,the vibration frequency of the gate decreases obviously compared with no water in front of the gate,and the first natural frequency decreases by 34.39%.(3)Based on two-way fluid-structure interaction,the research also conducts numerical simulation of the flow-induced vibration of gate with different openings,and obtains the distribution of displacement and stress at each opening of the gate.Meanwhile,it obtains pressure field and speed filed of water flow around the gate.And the results make known that the characteristics of flow-induced vibration of the gate,on the whole,the larger the gate opens,the smaller the displacement and stress of the gate is.(4)Using RNG k-? mode,VOF method and dynamic mesh technology,the research also simulates the process of closing the accident gate,and it studies the hydraulic characteristics of the gates when the door is getting closed.The flow pattern,pressure field behind the gate and the pressure at the bottom of the gate are obtained.It also studies the influence of the closing speed of the gate on the hydraulic characteristics of the gate,which indicates that closing speed of the gate makes little influence on the hydraulic characteristics of the gates.
