Bernard's Views On Scientific Freedom And Contemporary Enlightenment

Science is an important driving force for the development of human civilization,and it is also one of the core elements of modern social production.Since the 18th century industrial revolution,the establishment of modern natural science foundation of human society in as little as 2,three hundred was a great progress,the change depends on science and technology for human social development has injected new momentum.Although science,as a specialized field,has developed since the formation of human society,it is relatively short to actually consciously start the study of scientific freedom.In the west,the idea of scientific freedom was first proposed by Bernard berner,a famous British scientist.Berner's scientific free thought is of great significance to the theoretical development and methodology construction of scientific research.From Bernard's age,academic achievements and the historical background of the formation of the science and liberal ideas,studied the main content of the scientific freedom,and then define the concept of scientific freedom,scientific dimension,function,effect on the development of human society,such as implementation is discussed.Due to historical limitations as well as the age characteristics of Bernard,Bernard science and liberal ideas in the process of actual execution,neglected the degree of economic development and moral level,cultural differences,and many other issues,and made his scientific free thought a good idea,but in reality is difficult to fully implement.This paper reveals the historical background and theoretical origin of Bernard's theory of scientific freedom.Pointed out that the history of the age in which he is fascism,distort the science "little science" age into the era of "big science",scientific and economic and political relationship is more and more closely,can't take the science and politics separate analysis science,these constitutes the historical background of Bernard science and freedom.This paper,from three dimensions analysis the main content of the science freedom,then explores the theoretical connotation of Bernard scientific freedom,reveals the scientific realization ways of free thought,Bernard Bernard study of scientific freedom open a new research direction of scientific freedom,and has carried on the theory of science and democracy,put forward the diversification of the main body of research model,Bernard's "surrealism" makes his point of view with the difference between ideal and reality,finally,the analysis of"scientific freedom" participation main body as well as the Nobel Prize winners "free"research,analyzes the Bernard scientific freedom of contemporary enlightenment.
