With the rapid development of economy,the fossil fuels(coal,petroleum,natural gas)reserve is quickly decreasing in recent years,and the environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Renewable energy is an important reform direction of new energy.The wave energy,which is one of new energy,receives great attention of many countries because of high energy flux d ensity.In this paper,the pendulum wave energy generation device and control system are constructed based on generation demand.The identification model of generation process of pendulum wave energy generation system is established by using Genetic Algorithm(GA)and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).The simulation framework of generation process is established based on generation principle and system structure,and the system operating state is analyzed.A Simscap-GA-PID optimization platform is designed by using Simscape combined with genetic optimization technology,and a optimization strategy is proposed based on operating characteristics.Based on the analysis of generation principle and operating state,this paper uses upper computer combined with lower computer to control generation process.A software,named iFIX,is installed in the upper computer to acquire and manage parameters data including temperature,hydraulic pressure,generator speed,current and voltage during generation process.The lower computer uses Siemens S7-1200PLC to measure and control key parameters.This combination control mode provides a basis for parameters optimization.Using GA and PSO respectively identify transfer function model during generation process which is divided into starting phase and steady speed phase.The identification method of the generation process in variable operating conditions is determined,and the process model of system is optimized.There are two kinds of operation modes which name continuous generation and intermittent generation.And the key operation parameters are extracted by simlating Simscape medel.A control parameters optimization strategy is proposed based on Simscap-GA-PID optimization platform.The simulation results show that speed overshoot is respectively reduced by 16.6%and 14.67%in continuous generation mode and intermittent generation mode after optimizing the control parameters,and the Simscape-GA-PID parameter tuning strategy improves the stability and the adaptability of the control system.
