Located in extreme arid region in Mid Asia,Ai Ding lake has very unique environment condition.The occluded terrain leads to high temperature in summer.Currently,no discuss has been made on how this area is affected by Salicornia europaea.So the research selects 3 sample plots who have different water and population characteristics,named plot A?plot B and plot C separately.Then investigate every plot 1-2 times a month and count plant amounts every time,10 times totally.Last using dynamic life table and correlation analysis to studying the relationship between population change and environment.The results displayed:In Ai Ding lake area,the range from largest to smallest of cation content is Na+>Ca2+>Mg2+>K+;the range from largest to smallest of anion content is Cl->SO42->HCO3->CO32-.The total salinity respectively are 57.36 g/kg,43.68 g/kg,45.19 g/kg.The soil type belongs to saline soil,the pH is neutral.Salicornia europaea populations keep grow before May.All populations appear first high mortality period from May to June because self-thinning that is triggered by temperature rise,moisture and nutrient reduce.The population A and population B appear second high mortality period from July to August because extreme temperature 40?for 34 days.In September,population A appear third high mortality period.The reason is high temperature stress and salt stress which is caused by evaporation of soil moisture and accelerate of salt.The mortality of population A and population B are significant with temperature.Population C just has one period of high mortality and was not significant with temperature.Different from A and B,because C has more moisture and high population density,which can relieve the stress of high temperature.Survival curve of population A and population B are belong to Deevey type?,Which have high mortality rate in beginning,then tend to steady.The survival curve of population C is belongs to Deevey type?.Which means the same mortality rate all the time.What else,Salicornia europaea is hermapHroditic dicotyledons,ovary ovoid.There is one ovule in ovary and two integuments:inner one and outer one,no bead holes.There is only one blastocysts within the ovule,which belongs to polygonum type.Its structure is “seven cell eight-core type”.The development of young embryo belongs to aubergine type,grow vertically,include complete cotyledons,germ,hypocotyls and radical.The mature embryo has two pieces of greatly developed cotyledons which volume is large and occupy half of the embyo.The cell of cotyledon is small,neat arrangement,inclusion abound and shape as quadrilateral or polygon.The type of endosperm is cellular endosperm.We do not find endosperm in mature seeds.
