X-ray technology can solve many problems in various fields,such as flaw detection in the industry,medical diagnosis through imaging,and safety inspection in life,which has greatly increased the demand for X-ray tubes in various industries,so the X-rays tube detection device has high application value and broad market prospects.This thesis designs a high-frequency high-voltage detection device for intelligent X-ray tube,which can realize the function of detecting and scientific analysis of X-ray tube.The core of the device consists of a high voltage power system and a PLC control system.The high-voltage power supply system can be divided into three parts:inverter circuit,high-frequency transformer and rectifier circuit.Among them,the inverter circuit uses SCR inverter circuit;the combination of the primary and secondary turns of the high-frequency transformer passes the load test,and a large amount of experimental data is obtained to verify reliability.At the same time,this experiment also verified the stability of the whole set of high-voltage system,and the efficiency value can reach more than 80%;the rectifier circuit uses positive and negative double-channel voltage double rectifier circuit,and realizes high voltage output function of ±112.5kV.The PLC control system consists of the lower position machine Siemens 200-smart PLC and the upper machine MCGS touch screen.In the hardware,this thesis has completed the selection of the control module and realize the system construction;in the software,this thesis has completed the program design,realize the high-voltage on/off control,data monitoring,alarm protection,real-time curve and other functions,and realize the PID module by PLC.The high pressure value and tube current feedback are adjusted to achieve a steady state.In addition,in order to make the operator analyze the data more clearly and intuitively,the device builds a data graphical system based on the Windows system and the VB platform,and graphically processes the collected data and implements the data analysis function.Finally,this thesis realizes the design of high-frequency high-voltage detection device with positive and negative high voltage 30kV-225 kV,tube current 0-10 mA continuously adjustable,and effective detection of X-ray tube.In this thesis,the test data is analyzed,and the high voltage value and the tube current value can be clearly observed through the image.Due to process reasons,different degrees of vacuum in the tube will result in "discharge" of different sizes.From the image,the change of the high voltage and the tube current can be seen,and the discharge point is found by the peak to judge whether the quality of the X-ray tube is qualified.
