Large-scale logistics distribution centers are a key part of the modern logistics system.China's logistics distribution center has developed to the present,and has achieved remarkable results.However,it is undeniable that there are still problems in the logistics distribution center that the personnel dispatch is not reasonable enough and the safety monitoring is not strict.In response to these problems,this paper studies the personnel positioning technology and path planning algorithm,and designs and implements the personnel positioning system applied to the logistics distribution center.The specific research work is as follows:1.Analyze the status quo and needs of the personnel positioning system.The architecture design of the system is completed according to the specific application scenario.This system consists of a mobile terminal and a PC,with personnel positioning and path planning as core functions.2.For the indoor scene of the logistics distribution center,the Wi-Fi fingerprint location technology was studied.For the problem of fingerprint library redundancy in Wi-Fi fingerprint location,an access point(AP)selection strategy based on standard deviation,Pearson correlation coefficient and information entropy is proposed.Under the experimental conditions of this paper,the fingerprint library redundancy of 85.07%is reduced,and the positioning accuracy is also 1.54m.3.The outdoor positioning scheme based on large-scale antenna multi-input multi-output antenna(Massive MIMO)technology in 5G is studied.Introduced a distributed compression sensing based orthogonal matching tracking algorithm(DCS-SOMP,Distributed Compressing Sensing-Simultaneous Orthogonal Matching Tracking),which converts high-dimensional matrix operations to low dimensions,while guaranteeing a certain estimation accuracy.Reduced computational complexity.4.The research of global path planning algorithm based on A*(A-Star)is carried out.Aiming at the problem of large search space and turning points in solving large-scale problems,a WF-A*(Weight Factor-A Star)algorithm with improved evaluation function and increasing turning point selection strategy is proposed.Experiments show that the algorithm can reduce the search space by 30.96%on average,and the length of the optimal path is also shortened.Finally,this paper implements and tests the personnel positioning system of the logistics distribution center.The development of the mobile and PC of the system was completed,and the functions of positioning and path finding were tested.The personnel positioning system has certain practical significance for improving the dispatching efficiency,work efficiency of the logistics distribution center and reducing the hidden dangers of human safety through position monitoring.
