Research On The Application Of GIS In Logistics Distribution System

Along with the development of economy and society,the logistics industry called"the third profits source" wide awake and rapid development in the global scope,but compared with foreign advanced level of development of logistics and distribution industry, as well as the needs of the rapid expansion of China's retail industry is concerned, Chinese logistics and distribution center there is a clear lack of information level, and continue with regard to delivery technology, is mainly manifested in the low level of informationization, distribution center construction is not reasonable, spatial data management, etc.In this paper, based on the conscientiously study of logistics and distribution, and geographic information system-related theory, the two core question: distribution location and distribution path selection problem is studied. In the distribution center location problem, the comprehensive consideration of various factors affecting site selection, distribution center candidate point is determined by spatial analysis of GIS, and then use location measurement method to determine the distribution center. Identify problems in the distribution path, establish the road network topology by using the GIS tecnology, and combine with dijkstra algorithm, using the network analysis function of ArcGIS Server to achieve the best path of distribution.Last, based on the above presented the logistics distribution center location method and the basic ideas for the shortest path, combined with the actual situationand all kinds of spatial data of jiaozuo, design and development logistics distribution system based on GIS on ArcGIS Server platform, realize the function of basic information query and data management, distribution center location and distribution route choice etc.
