Meminductor and memcapacitor are new non-linear devices,which are proposed following the memristor.The basic feature is the memory characteristics,which can store information without external incentives.In many fields,including nonvolatile memory,non-linear circuits,artificial neural networks,digital logic circuits and so on.The research of memory devices has broad potential applications.Due to the limitations of the process,the current research on meminductor and memcapacitor is still in the primary stage,the physical devices of them have not been formally realized.It will be of great significance to model them and research its characteristics and applications in the non-linear circuit.This paper mainly studies the meminductor modeling,the oscillation circuit based on the meminductor and memcapacitor and their applications in the information encryption.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to study the characteristics of the meminductor,this paper proposes a new mathematical model of locally active meminductor,which is related to its own variable,based on the ideal memory device model.This non-ideal model is closer to the actual device characteristics.This paper carries out the simulation analysis of its flux-current characteristics,designs the equivalent circuit according to its mathematical model,and analyzes its hysteresis loop under different frequency sinusoidal excitation signals through the circuit simulation.(2)This paper introduces the basic concepts of chaos and the typical chaotic system,including classical discrete and continuous chaotic systems,in order to provide the theoretical basis for the design and application of the Chaotic oscillating circuit based on the meminductor and memcapacitor.On this basis,this paper proposes a new four-dimensional continuous chaotic system.The dynamic characteristics of the new chaotic system are analyzed by means of attractor phase diagram,Poincare map,Lyapunov dimension,Lyapunov exponent,two-dimensional dynamic map and so on.Analysis results show that its dynamic characteristics are more complicated.Moreover,the chaotic system is digitally processed on the DSP platform,so it can be verified the correctness of numerical analysis.(3)Based on the newly proposed magnetism controlled meminductor model and the existing charge-controlled memcapacitor model,this paper designs a Wien-bridge chaotic oscillation circuit containing two types of memory devices at the same time.The dynamic characteristics of the chaotic system are deeply analyzed through the method combined theoretical analysis with numerical simulation analysis,including equilibrium point and stability,bifurcation characteristics and Lyapunov exponent,NIST random performance test and so on.The analysis shows that the system has coexisting bifurcation and coexisting attractor characteristics,as well as complex dynamic characteristics and excellent stochastic statistical properties.Finally,the chaotic system is digitally implemented on the DSP digital platform,and the experimental results of digital chaotic sequence,time domain chaotic waveform and simulated chaotic attractor phase diagram are obtained.The NIST random performance test is carried out on the extracted chaotic sequence,and the test results show that its randomness is better than the classical Lorenz chaotic system.It can effectively protect information security when applied in the data information encryption.(4)The application of pseudo random sequences extracted by the new chaotic system is studied.Combined the pseudo random sequence with the popular AES algorithm,this paper designs a data information encryption program encoded by the chaotic sequence based on the LAN channel and Java platform.At the data sender,in order to encrypt the data information selected by the user,chaotic sequence is used to replace the secure key of the AES algorithm.At the data accepter,in order to perform the corresponding decryption operation,the data information can be restored and displayed,which can make it more difficult to decipher information.
