Memristor,memcapacitor and meminductor at nanometer scale are new kinds of circuit elements.They can store information without an internal power,and have important potential applications in non-volatile memory,artificial neural network,digital logic circuit and nonlinear circuit.Because of there is no practical memcapacitor,the study on the memcapacitor was realized mainly through modeling and simulation.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the study of construct the mathematical model,simulation circuit memcapacitor and memory application container model in chaotic oscillation circuit,study the memcapacitor complex dynamic behavior in chaotic circuit.It has profound significance to analyze and study the memcapacitor theory and application.This paper comprises of the following parts:(1)The specific definition of memcapacitor will be analyzed.This paper presents a new charge controlled memcapacitor model and two kinds of magnetic control memcapacitor model.The equivalent circuit model is developed by its mathematical counterpart.This method has two advantages: first the memory container can be conveniently applied to the circuit as an independent component and secondly the charge variable which is not easily measured by the voltage value.(2)This paper studies deeply the basic theory of chaos.The classical chaotic system is analyzed.A new chaotic system was put forward by improving the chaotic Lorenz system.The new nonlinear chaotic system has two exponential terms,and the base to the index can be changed,so that the chaotic parameter interval more large,,the pseudo random sequence generated by the chaotic systems are more complex.This will improve the security of chaotic sequence application,increase the difficulty of decryption.(3)Further research on the application of memory devices.The chaotic circuit of charge controlled memcapacitor is designed,its dynamical characteristic is fully analyzed,including the balance and stability of the system and the change of influence parameters on the system.Observed the evolution process of the system state with parameters changed from the attractor phase-portraits,the bifurcation figures,the Lyapunov exponents,the dynamics map.In order to study the chaotic pseudo-random sequence,discrete signal first through the DSP experiment will be generated from the chaotic system.On the one hand,to verify the correctness of the MATLAB simulation.The pseudo random sequence on the other hand will be tested by NIST.The randomness test results contrast with the classical Lorenz system and the memcapacitor chaotic system,the sequence of memcapacitor chaotic system has better random.It has a greater value in information encryption and secure communication.(4)The application of pseudo random sequences generated by the memcapacitor chaotic system is studied.The pseudo random sequence is combined with the popular AES algorithm.It is applied to the encryption research and test of Android camera,and based on Android V6.0.1.The primary principle of encrypted camera is use the chaotic sequence to replace the secure key of the AES algorithm.Android camera photos is encrypted,the encrypted information are not available before decrypted.It can be decrypted only by entering the correct key through the Android chaotic coding software.Because the memcapacitor chaotic system has a large key space,the deciphering of the encrypted photos is very difficult,so the Android chaotic coding camera is very security.
