Digital geo-spatial framework for urban construction is the core of "Digital City", its purpose is provide a unified, the authority of the geographic space information public platform for "Digital City", to achieve urban integration and sharing of information resources, avoid duplication, overlap, duplication of construction and effectively solve the positioning reference, technical standards are not uniform due to islands of information and so on, greatly enhance the level of information and capacity utilization.The system architecture approach include C/S and B/S modes, the C/S structure part using the C# language, the development tools with integrated development tools VisualStudio2008.NET. the B/S structure of some of the major use of java, javascript, The development tools using jdeveloper, eclipse development tools. We use the relational database Oracle10g Database. The system consists of three main modules as follows:1. System based data management platform. Includes the following functions: Property database for add, delete, change, check, user management, organizational management, rights management, system parameters management, data backup and recovery, log management2. Spatial data management platform. Includes the following functions: Spatial database for add, delete, change, search and other basic operations, data cataloging management, metadata management, map view display, the attribute data query and statistics, historical data management, address coding management, network path management, spatial data conversion, spatial data warehousing, spatial data export, symbol library management dictionary table management, layer management, project management plan, coordinate management.3. Application service support system. For each application to provide basic Web Map Service. According to the necessary access control, to application systems can be configured, controlled, portable and other functions. The module focuses on the application service providing support systems which operate the network map feature.The system of digital city in Guangxi province was better land use planning project application, it From the theory and practice proved the feasibility of system implementation, and it's better service in Guangxi Province for the construction of Digital City Information.
