There are abundant active substances in medicinal plant which are important resources for the development of plant virus inhibitors.It had been premliminarily demonstrated that the root of stellera chamejasme L.could obviously inhibited tobacco mosaic virus(TMV).Therefore,To illustrate anti-TMV active ingredient of stellera chamejasme L root bark extract,TMV were used as the test virus,bioassay-guided fractionation methods were adopted to the isolation and identification of the active compounds.The bioassay of the crude extract were tested in field plot trials.In addition,the mechanism was preliminary studied The main result are shown as follows:1?Ethanol extract of stellera chamejasme L root bark,extracted with water,was extracted with petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,methanol,successively.Half leaf lesion method was used to test the anti-virus activities of the ethanol extract and fractions.It had the abifity of inhibiting infectivity of TMV and it could inhibit multiplication of TMV in a certain extent in tomato with the the concentration of 1mg·mL-1.The best application way was spraying and the inhibition rate of necrotic local lesions was 77.96%?88.52%.The indoor potted plant experiment displayed VFB had good protection and treatment to TMV in tomato after 30d.The best application way was spraying plus pouring.2?2 Compounds were isolated from stellera chamejasme L petroleum ether extract by diverse separation technology,such as column chromatography,preparative liquid chromatograph,et al.The compounds were identified as Chamaejasmine A?Chamaejasmine C,the Chamaejasmine A was accounted for 77.92%in flow-7,and this flow showed good protective effect against TMV3?Field plot experiments of the stellera chamejasme L ethanol extract were carried out.The results indicated that the control effects TMV were 61.48%?71.20%,with the concentration of lmg·mL-1 for the third time,significantly higher than of virus A,and the best application way was spraying.4?The results indicated that stellera chamejasme L ethanol extract could remarkedly increase the content of MDA was remarkably reduced than check that could decreased the effect of cell membrane lipid peroxidation to plant,and it can increased the activity of POD and SOD that was relation to the host's resistance against diseases.Meanwhile,it could degraded strongly TMV-RNA in vitro.
