With the development of society and economy,the shortage of fresh water resources becomes the next world problem.All countries in the world are looking for ways to effectively solve the shortage of fresh water.The earth is rich in seawater,but it can't be used directly for human use,so it can get the fresh water resources needed by humans by desalinating seawater.With the development of technology,desalination has become an effective way to solve the shortage of water resources.At present,the mainstream desalination methods are reverse osmosis.Low temperature multi effect distillation and flash evaporation.Low temperature multi effect desalination technology can obtain desalinated water more than steam quantity through the repeated use of steam.It is one of the most widely used desalination technologies,and the key technology has become the focus of current research.This paper summarizes the development of seawater desalination technologies at home and abroad,summarizes the characteristics and forecast the development prospect of the seawater desalination technology,and on the basis of summarizing the research status of domestic and foreign scholars in LT-MED seawater desalination technology,and a detailed description of the process characteristics and technology of low temperature multi effect of steam distillation technique.Based on this,a multi effect distillation desalination mathematical model,and based on the simulation data to build a double vertical cryogenic distillation desalination experiment platform,carried out the related experiments.The details are as follows:1.Set up a complete vertical tube falling film at low temperature multiple effect desalination model of seawater desalination system of the evaporator,condenser,flash tank,preheater,set the corresponding module mathematical model,thermodynamic equilibrium equation is established,and calculation of simulation model is studied on different feed temperature,the number of different effect,the different heating steam temperature and concentration ratio changes,the change law of heat transfer performance of the simulation system,to set up the experimental platform to provide relevant experimental data after guidance.2.Set the vertical tube falling film double-effect distillation desalination experiments at low temperature platform,to configure the seawater as the working medium material,experimental research in different feed flow,the first effect evaporation temperature,the heat transfer characteristics of the experimental platform,the change of concentration ratio and water making than situation,that has been built in the platform,can be realized by changing the first effect evaporation temperature,heat transfer characteristics of the regulation for equipment.This paper gives a detailed introduction to the platform system,which can be used for reference.
