After oil spill occurs on the sea surface,it is very important to monitor the oil spill accurately and timely for the protection of marine environment.Therefore,the monitoring method of oil spill on the sea surface is becoming more and more important.Sea surface oil spill monitoring methods can be generally divided into fixed monitoring and remote sensing monitoring.The fixed monitoring method is widely used in offshore,port and wharf because of its high real-time and all-weather characteristics,but limited by the monitoring scope,it can not meet the needs of large-scale oil spill monitoring.Remote sensing monitoring methods usually have a wider monitoring range,which can detect oil spill caused by oil transportation leakage in time,but limited by satellite transit time,oil spill diffusion and drift can not be tracked in time.This paper takes the near-distance sea surface oil spill monitoring method as the research object,designs and implements the software and hardware structure of the fixed oil spill monitoring system,and proposes corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the fixed monitoring system.The main research results are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the hardware structure of the fixed oil spill monitoring system.designed each module circuit in the hardware structure.Including UV light source,photomultiplier tube,FPGA chip and A/D sampling circuit and other functional modules.Then introduces the application of light source modulation in oil spill monitoring.The light source modulation is used to solve the problem of excessive noise covering the oil spill fluorescence signal.Second,the realization of the light source modulation circuit is given.The factors influencing threshold setting in oil spill monitoring are analyzed,such as monitoring distance and solar radiation.Aiming at the problem of high false alarm rate caused by a single threshold,a monitoring threshold based on decision tree and neural network is proposed.Then,according to the existing fixed oil spill monitoring platform,the corresponding software is developed,and the software design and debugging have been completed.The monitoring data display,monitoring data download,threshold value determination have been realized.Monitoring log and other functions.Finally,the scheme of UAV based oil spill monitoring platform is designed,and the information processing platform of earth station is implemented.The platform realizes the functions of remote sensing image acquisition and processing,UAV trajectory monitoring,oil spill tracking and so on.Through the combination of remote sensing image and UAV,the shortcomings of fixed monitoring and remote sensing monitoring are effectively overcome.Two application scenarios of UAV oil spill monitoring system are presented in this paper.
