Xishimen Gold deposit in Lingshou city Hebei province is located in Fuping ore gathering area in the south east of Taihang uplift area of north china plate,which,is one of the typical quartz vein gold deposits in this region.this study,we conducted an integrated study of Xishimen Gold deposit,taking into account of previous research result,we find out the time and space distribution of strata,structure and magmatic rock characteristics,and identified the main ore-controlling structure,and the characteristics of ore mineral structure;meanwhile,we conducted an integrated study including typomorphic mineral pyrite?quartz genetic mineralogy?fluid inclusions and pyrite S,Pb,He,Ar isotopes and Rb-Sr chronology research.These research has been clear about the temperature of ore-forming and the characteristics of the fluild and the source of metallogenic material and metallogenic epoch,Finally,we summary the indicator for ore-prospecting in this area and set up a metallogenic model.We have obtained the following understandings:(1)The mineralization stage of xishimen gold deposit could be divided into the following: the Pyrite-quartz stage(I),the quartz-pyrite stage,this is the main metallogenic stage(II),Polymetallic sulfide phase(III),Late stage,quartz-carbonate phase(IV).In the main mineralization period,we got the Rb-Sr age of pyrite is 128 Ma.(2)The pyrite thermoelectric coefficient result of Xishimen gold mine show that themetallogenic temperature of the ore deposit concentrated in 168~330?,belongs to the medium-low temperature ore deposit.Thermoelectric coefficient between 50~200?V/?of pyrite is an important sign of rich gold mine.(3)the test results of S?Pb isotopes in pyrite and He?Ar isotopic of fluid inclusions in pyrite indicate that the ore-forming fluid is mainly derived from the remelting of lower crustal material and mixed with deep mantle source fluid in different degree.(4)The thermoluminescence of quartz in high gold grade area shows that the ore body of Xishimen gold deposit is generally NW lateral trending,and the gold mineralization features are enhanced in different sections.the quartz veins over 290 m in the mining area,multiple groups of quartz with rhythmic ring structure were found,showing that the developed area was still the vanguard of ore-forming fluid.and the deep part was the main reservoir of fluid.Therefore,we believed that there is still good prospecting potential under 290 m.
