Cognition and memory are the most basic and the most important functions of the brain.Studies have shown that the hippocampus is related to cognitive, which is closely related to the ability of perception, learning and memory. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the hippocampus functional network in the spatial memory task, this paper uses the pigeon as the model animal, adopts the established goal T maze experimental paradigm driven by food reward, collects the neure signal of the pigeon in the spatial memory task, and uses the multi-window overlap algorithm of power spectrum estimation to analyze its time-frequency characteristics, affirms the frequency band associated with the spatial memory task as Theta band. The Pearson correlation algorithm is used to construct the weighted functional network between the signals of each channel in the Hp.This paper compare the topological characteristics of functional networks in spatial memory tasks and non-task states, the dynamic changes of functional network topological characteristics in spatial memory tasks, and the differences in topological characteristics of left and right hippocampal functional networks in spatial memory tasks are analyzed to affirm the brain area more related to spatial memory. The results of this paper have positive implications for the analysis of the response characteristics of the hippocampus functional network in spatial memory tasks. The completed work and the specific research results are as follows:(1)According to the habit of pigeons, the T-maze space memory task under the established goal of food reward induction was designed, the behavioral experiment was carried out,and the brain electrical signals of the pigeons were recorded and collected in body. The 50 Hz power frequency interference and the inter-electrode correlation noise existing in the local field potential are removed by the adaptive filtering based on the LMS algorithm and the adaptive common average reference.(2)A response time window associated with spatial memory is affirmed and the feature band is extracted. The time domain analysis of the local field potential signal collected in the body is used to affirm the response time window related to spatial memory, and the multi-window overlapping power spectrum estimation algorithm is used to analyze its frequency domain characteristics to affirm the response frequency band related to the spatial memory task--Theta band, which laid the foundation for subsequent analysis of its functional network characteristics(3)The Pearson correlation algorithm is used to construct the weighted functional network of the hippocampus neural signal. The topological characteristics of functional network in-task and non-task state are analyzed to reserch the modulation effect of the spatial memory task on the neural signal in Hp,and then the sliding time is utilized to analyze the dynamic process of the topological characteristics of the neural signal function network in the Hp and the difference of the topological characteristics of the functional networks in left and right Hp.The results show that the spatial memory task has a modulation effect on neuron function network in Hp.In the formation process of pigeons, the functional network connection intensity of Hp gradually increased, and as the memory subsided, the network connection intensity weakened;and before entering the side arm,the nerve signal of the pigeon has started to be active, and the network connection intensity reaches the maximum. The left hippocampus shows a more significant lateral advantage in the spatial memory task than the right hippocampous.
