Semiconductor laser is expected to become the main trend of medical cosmetic laser because of the wide range of its wavelength hand and high efficiency.Although the semiconductor laser has the disadvantage that the beam divergence angle is large,the beam quality is poor.In recent years,the development of micro-optical processing technology and optical shaping technology has greatly improved the beam quality of semiconductor laser output.Meanwhile,semiconductor laser physics technology is advancing in vertical development,and its original output performance and power are also constantly improving.Therefore,the application of semiconductor lasers in laser medical equipment has market value and research significance.Now,the optical treatment heads of semiconductor laser hair removal instruments commonly used in the laser medical device market are fixed spot designs.Different treatment heads need to be changed to achieve different spot size switching in the treatment of different parts of the human body.As a result,a device has more than one treatment handle,which increases the cost and reduces the convenience of clinical treatment.In this paper,the principle and packaging form of semiconductor laser,the principle and characteristics of laser hair removal are studied,and the optical shaping and spot homogenization methods of semiconductor laser are systematically studied.The laser hair removal optical treatment head with two transformable spots is designed.One is a continuous conversion spot laser optical treatment head;the other is a rotary step-change spot laser optical treatment head.The design of two kinds of convertible spot laser hair removal treatment heads includes the selection of semiconductor laser light source,the design of spot change method,beam shaping and beam homogenization design,and the overall optimization and optical output simulation analysis.The same therapeutic head can output different types of uniform spot is achieved.Two kinds of laser hair removal head with variable spot are designed in this paper.One is continuous focusing and changing spot,the other is rotating and switching different optical groups to realize changing spot.The two kinds of laser hair removal head can output three different types of uniform spot,which makes one "head" can output multiple light spots.,enhances the convenience of medical treatment,meanwhile,reduces the number of handles of the treatment head greatly and the cost of overall unit equipment.
