Due to the increase in the population of the world and the unscientific use of chemical fertilizers,soil salinization has become more and more serious,and the problems brought about by it have intensified.Therefore,improving saline-alkali land is of great significance for improving crop yield and soil ecological restoration.In order to analyze the effects of a new improver?acetylglucose?on soybean germination and rooting at seedling stage under alkaline stress,this study used a culture dish germination method and hydroponic method to study the addition of different dosages of new modifiers to Wuxiang small black beans.The effects of soybean germination rate,germination index,vigor index,germination potential and radicle length;research on root morphology,root tip tissue structure,biomass,root activity,soluble sugar content of soybean seedlings under the action of alkali stress The effect of soluble protein content,pod,sod,cat activity.Through the study,the main findings are as follows:?1?Soybean germination was carried out under different concentrations of alkali stress.The germination power of soybean seeds decreased with the increase of alkali stress concentration.The low concentration(25 mmol·L-1)promoted the germination of soybean seeds.?2?Alkali stress(20 mmol·L-1)caused severe damage to the root tip structure of soybean seedlings,and the surface cells were morphologically mutated,even broken and detached,and the cells were loosely arranged.The root morphology of the seedlings was poorly developed,the plant height was reduced,and the total root length was long.Total root surface area,root volume,root mean diameter,root biomass,root-shoot ratio and root activity decreased;the contents of root POD,SOD,CAT and soluble sugar were increased,and the soluble protein content of root was decreased.?3?Different dosages of new improvers can alleviate the inhibition of alkali stress on soybean germination to some extent.With the increase of the concentration of new improver,the germination power of soybean seeds increased first and then decreased.When the concentration of new improver was 3mmol·L-1,the germination ability of soybean seeds was the best,which was significantly higher than thatof alkali stress.And other processing.?4?Different dosages of new improvers can promote the growth of soybean seedlings under alkaline stress.When 2 mmol·L-1 new modifier was added,the activities of POD and SOD in roots were the highest,which was significantly higher than that under alkaline stress.When 3 mmol·L-1 new improver was added,the root tip surface of the seedlings was smooth and no damage,and the root tip cells were closely packed,similar to the water control;seedling height,total root length,total root surface area,root volume and solubility The highest sugar content is significantly higher than alkaline stress.When 4 mmol·L-1 new improver was added,the dry weight,fresh weight,root-shoot ratio and soluble protein content of the shoots under alkaline stress were the highest,which was significantly higher than that of alkaline stress.The root activity of soybean seedlings increased with the increase of the concentration of new modifiers,and was significantly higher than that of alkali stress.The cat activity of soybean seedlings decreased with the increase of the concentration of new modifiers,which were significantly lower than alkali stress.
