Asphalt mixture pavers are the key equipment for paving high-grade roads.The paving quality of the pavers plays a key role in the overall quality and service life of the road.However,in conventional paving construction,there are often problems such as paving speed,paving temperature,and difficulty in controlling the paving schedule.The paver driver relies on his own experience,and the project management party can only go to the site to view it,and cannot remotely monitor it.The paver driver relies on his own experience,and the project management party can only go to the site to view it,and cannot remotely monitor it.Today,road construction is increasingly demanding quality and efficiency,especially in the high-grade highway construction site where the construction machine group is working together.The paver real-time positioning and monitoring system can not only feedback the paver operation information in real time,but also improve the paving.Quality also helps monitor construction progress and improve operational efficiency. in order to effectively solve the real-time positioning and monitoring problems of the paver during the paving process,this paper introduces GPS global positioning technology into the real-time positioning of paver paving trajectory,and develops paver paving with LabVIEW virtual instrument.Real-time positioning and system,the main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the basic composition and application characteristics of GPS satellite positioning system,the GPS absolute positioning method is selected,and the Xi'an 80 coordinate system is used as the projection plane.The Gauss-Kruger projection method and the planar four-parameter conversion method are used.The establishment of the paving machine paving construction coordinate system.(2)The paving machine was analyzed for paving techniques for structural parameters such as paver screed and auger.The adjustment method of the working parameters such as the paving width,the paver running speed,and the paving thickness is determined.Combining the working principle of paver,mechanized construction technology,selection and matching of construction machinery,the construction technology of paver is analyzed,and the main influencing factors of paving quality are analyzed from two aspects of separation and flatness.The main measures to improve the quality of paving were put forward.(3)Based on the establishment of pavement construction plane coordinate system,the vertical and horizontal positioning algorithms of paver paving trajectory are established.The accuracy and applicability of paving trajectory positioning algorithm are verified by experiments.According to the principle of stand-alone paving and parallel paving,the real-time display of paving trajectories is drawn.The real-time paving speed of the paver was solved by the difference quotient replacement method,and the real-time display of the paving mixture temperature was realized by using the temperature sensor and the data acquisition instrument.(4)The real-time positioning and monitoring program block diagram of paver paving was designed by using LabVIEW software.The real-time positioning and monitoring system of paver paving based on GPS technology was developed.Combined with engineering examples,real-time monitoring of paving trajectory,paving speed,paving width and paving temperature was realized.Through the comparative analysis of experimental data,the effectiveness and application of paver real-time positioning and monitoring system were verified.The research results show that the real-time positioning and monitoring system of paver paving can not only feedback the important parameters such as paving trajectory,paving speed,paving temperature and paving width in the paving process in real time,helping the operator to make Adjustment to improve paving quality,also help to remotely monitor construction progress,improve construction efficiency,and provide reference for modern intelligent machinery construction.
