Mould industry plays an important role in today's industrial production.In the environment of intelligent manufacturing 2025,how to improve the quality of mold products and reduce production costs is an important factor that determines the survival of enterprises.It is an urgent problem to improve the quality of mould products and reduce the reject rate.Adopted mould special finite element simulation software Dynaform,the tensile process of simulation,the forming limit diagram and risk of fracture parameters such as stress strain figure,the thickness of the figure,pull blasting on the reason analysis,after and tensile physical consistent results,the friction on the surface of the punch design,reference design data before and after contrast to get the best processing parameters of friction,relative to other parameters less stress and thickness changes more stable.On friction surface characteristics requirements,on the surface of the mold not cooperate with laser vector micro modelling technology experimental study was carried out on the surface increases the anti-friction property,to carry on the processing speed and processing power mold specimens with incident Angle under the condition of the processing parameters,such as,using 3 d profilometer measure its morphology parameters,its morphology parameters and a database of laser processing parameters and correlation.The results show that the morphology of micro-pits can be effectively controlled by controlling the parameters of laser machining.Based on the characteristics of surface friction friction testing scheme was designed,using the rotating friction testing machine for laser for friction test specimens,it is concluded that the friction performance correlation vector sex,according to the tribological mechanism of morphology parameters and friction performance to establish correlation,the height of the test show that micro indentation raised effect on friction coefficient is larger,and by reducing the incidence of the laser can make the material form the side effect is large difference vector type friction performance.
