The copious quantities of gas dissolved in the water,the gas data is an essential factor in a variety of Marine subjects for scientific research.Reliable and effective in situ data acquisition need to use all kinds of water soluble gas sensor,then the long-term use and Marine pollution will cause data drift,so the correction of data is required.At present,there is no open and reliable maintenance,verification and calibration methods and procedures in China,lead to efficiency and credibility of sensor is not high,on the other hand,the lack of this kind of operation method and process are also similar sensor research and development of domestic caused some obstacles.Therefore,this project aims at researching and designing a software and hardware calibration platform automatic test control system,which can control the simulated Marine field environment of water body and carry out automatic laboratory calibration research method.The control system of the calibration device is divided into two parts:water temperature control subsystem and multi-channel gas sensor measurement subsystem.The corresponding functions are accomplished in the mode of the lower computer and the upper computer.The lower computer is mainly responsible for temperature acquisition and display control,heating and refrigeration water circulation equipment control,gas mass flowmeter control,and communication and interaction with sensor measurement system.The upper computer is mainly responsible for interacting with users in the form of interface,presenting various operations provided by the lower computer in the form of UI interface in the user end,supporting the analysis and display of storage of gas sensor data,and changing and maintaining the water environment through the lower computer system.The water temperature control system mainly uses RT-Thread operating system,STM32 microprocessor.Pt1000 platinum resistance,float switch,electromagnetic heating equipment,compressor refrigeration equipment,water circulation equipment and gas mass flow controller.The multi-channel gas sensor measurement system mainly adopts Linux operating system,Qt software framework,i.mx6ul processor,SD device,Ethernet device,HDMI device,USB device,RS232 device and RTC device to support the system operation.In order to provide accurate and stable environment temperature,the principle of fuzzy PID controller is studied,and the controller is implemented.After modeling the system by means of experimental test,the fuzzy PID controller is applied to the model for simulation and parameter adjustment,and the generated control matrix is applied to the actual temperature control.Finally,the system was tested and debugged,and the software and hardware functional modules of the system were tested.All the hardware functions basically met the design requirements.The lower computer software could regulate the temperature accurately and stably.The assembly of the whole machine is debugged under manual operation environment,and the obtained data is operated and analyzed.
