In thie paper,this design is mainly aimed at the lack of efficient explosive materials in underwater environment blasting,such as reefs,waterway cleaning,underwater metal cutting,broken barrier,underwater lure demolition,etc.Especially in our country,the field of underwater blasting equipment carried by one person has been in blank.Based on this situation,we have carried out the structure design and development of underwater flexible and linear shaped charge blasting equipments,and carried out a series of research on the formulation and performance of flexible explosives.First,we summarize the theory of shaped charge jet,and use LS-DYNA software to simulate the formation and penetration process of the shaped charge jet,focusing on the relationship between the velocity and acceleration of the jet head.In terms of flexible explosives,a NO-1 flexible explosive suitable for explosive charge warhead is designed,and a series of basic tests are carried out,such as mechanical sensitivity,vacuum stability and actual measured value of detonation velocity and so on.In order to improve the viability and safety of the ammunition system in the course of use,the flexible explosives are tested for slow cook-off test,fast cook-off test and 12.7mm bullet impact test.We finded the reaction of the external thermal accumulation,State of external fire and armor-piercing incendiary of NO-1 flexible explosives meets the requirements.The thermal decomposition characteristics of HMX and HMX based flexible explosives were analyzed by DSC at 2?/min,5?/min,10?/min and 15?/min.Compared with HMX,the activation energy of flexible explosives is reduced by 10.6%,and Tm0 and Tb are reduced by 6.8 ? and 6.8?.Compared with HMX,the heat release peak waveform of NO-1 flexible explosive is more "sharp",the thermal stability is worse,and more sensitive to the temperature.In terms of the blaster design,the structural of the blaster were designed.such as the shell of the warhead,stand-off distance and the parameters of liner and so on.In particular,in the design of the stand-off distance,using LS-DYNA software and field test to determine the optimum range of the stand-off distance of this type of charge.draw the distance curve,so as to ensure the maximum cutting effect.Because of the poor underwater environment,the effect of different thickness of water layer on the shaped charge jet is studied by the static explosion test.It is found that when the thickness of water is 6mm,the attenuation of the jet is obvious.The penetration effect is worse with the increase of the thickness of the water layer.The change of the penetration ability after adding a high oxidizing substance(AP)to the shaped charge.It is found that the addition of AP can not increase the power and can only release energy at the later stage of the detonation reaction.Finally,the penetration test of the blaster warhead under ground and underwater,and verify the feasibility of multiple blasting device when used in combination.
