Nutritional analysis and metabolic assessment of important organs are important basis and key elements in the implementation of clinical disease diagnosis and treatment.Biochemical analyzer is an important instrument commonly used in clinical diagnosis,which can make efficient and accurate detection and analysis of a variety of nutrients in human body.However,the level of R&D and manufacturing of domestic biochemical analyzers lags behind.The instruments used by medical institutions are basically imported products.The purpose of this project is to develop multifunctional nutrition analyzer with independent intellectual property rights,integrating four detection methods to detect the nutrients of human body.Main research content is as follows:Studying through the principles of biochemical analysis and biochemical detection,and according to the performance indicators of the analyzer to be achieved,the architectures of the analyzer is designed.And appropriate photodetectors are selected for optical signal acquisition in a variety of detection methods.Multiple hardware circuit boards are designed with the STC series single-chip as the core.These boards composed of the embedded system of the analyzer.The embedded system can control the movement of stepper motor,high-precision optical signal acquisition and processing,light source control and serial communication.Based on Beer-Lambert Law,the absorbance detection module is designed.The module uses a combination of LED and filter as light source,uses photodiode as photodetector,and can make eight-way simultaneous detection.In the course of testing,the neutral density filters are used as standard material of absorbance,to test several performance index of the absorbance detection module.Analysis of the experimental results shows that the performance of the module meets the design requirements.Finally,the principle of the time-resolved fluorescence detection technique which developed from fluorescence detection,and the characteristics of the fluorescent marker are introduced.And then appropriate components are selected to build the time-resolved fluorescence detection module.DDTA-Eu-Na reagent is used to make research into the detection method and the performance of the module.The multifunctional nutrition analyzer designed in this project has strong detection ability and stability of its absorbance detection module and time-resolved fluorescence detection module.The experimental results show that it meets the design requirements and has high practicability.
