Since the mid-20th century, a series of immunoassay technology has been gradually created. Immunoassay technology is characterized by high specificity, high sensitivity analysis of low-cost, and easy to operate. Therefore it is widely used in medical and biological research.Immunoassays include radioimmunoassay, the time resolution fluorescence immunoassay, enzyme immunoassay, chemiluminescence immunoassay, etc. This paper introduced a variety of immunoassay, and the principle of immunoassay technology, application, advantages, and the overview of the development of immunoassay technology.The overall structure of the immune fluorescence analyzer and the function of every component were introduced. It focused on the control system and read out electronics of the analyzer. The code of control system based on the LPC2368 was given in detail. The position of accuracy was tested. The linear fitting is up to 99.98%, and the accuracy of location is up to 10μm. The same location is analyzed by an optical microscope, the results of variance for the 15μm, consistent with previous experimental results which show that the positioning accuracy meets the lab demand. We give the error analysis, and give a method to further improve the accuracy. In the reading out electronics, it introduced the weak fluorescence intensity measurements and Analog-digital converter principle, a high precision, wide dynamic range of fluorescence intensity detection method was given. We realized from nA to mA up to six orders of magnitude measurement for photocurrent, and using 24bitΣ-△ADC to achieve high-precision measurement of weak signals. The dynamic range of the linear circuit experiment fitting is up to 99.98%. On theΣ-△ADC, there were linear, long time stability and precision measurement experiments and the linear signal response fitting up to 0.99999, alternating signal response fitting is 1. There is no loss of data. The accuracy of measurement is 0.014%. 8-hour stability is -0.1%. Read out electronics design schematics was given, and the data access code based on the LPC2368.In embedded operating system, this paper introduced ARM system, given the minimum system of hardware and control electronics circuit design schematics. the touch-screen control theory was introduced. Based on the LPC2368, the Touch Display Module design was given. It introduced the embedded Linux operating system and embedded boot loader developed. It completed a cross-compiler environment and desktop Linux system set up and completed the cutting and transplantation of the Linux kernel and the root file system.
